LawMinds Youth Initiative is a youth-led organization striving to educate 6th - 12th graders on legal terms proceedings, practices, and careers. We educate our peers by creating fun and interactive online workshops, escape rooms, and mock trials.

Legal education like the one we provide to kids and teens encourages kids and teens to become active and engaged members of their communities. Understanding the legal framework that governs our society better equips the youth as they advocate for social change and participate in civic activities.

We also introduce kids and teens to legal careers which exposes them to a wide range of opportunities in the legal field beyond traditional roles like lawyers and judges. It introduces them to unique careers such as paralegal, legal researcher, mediator, or law enforcement officer based on their interests.

We hope that through our organization, our peers are able to understand legal terms and concepts to help them navigate our society and legal systems with confidence!
